Who we are
This website, republicofminds.com, is run by Republic of Minds. For anything about your personal data, write to hi@republicofminds.com.
What this site collects
We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Like every website, the server receives the technical details that come with each request: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the address asked for and the time. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles them to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.
If you switch between the light and the dark theme, your browser keeps the choice in its own local storage, on your device. It is never sent to us.
Booking a demo
Book a demo opens a booking page on Cal.com, a separate service. The name, email address and any notes you give there are used to arrange the call, and are shared with us so we can hold it. Cal.com's own privacy policy covers how it handles them.
Writing to us
When you email us, we use your address and what you write to reply and to follow up, and keep the conversation for as long as it is needed for that.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Communities on the platform
This notice covers this website only. Each institution's community on Republic of Minds is run for that institution, which decides who can join and whether its data is hosted in the European Union or in the United States. If you are a member, your institution's own privacy notice says how your data is handled there, and its admins are the first people to ask.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it, by writing to hi@republicofminds.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When what the site collects changes, this notice changes with it, and the date at the top moves on.
